各位哥哥姐姐~~~ 拜托 一定要帮帮我，事情的经过是这样的，5月份的时候 我们公司向中国的某公司要了些样品，中国的公司把这些样品用DHL给我们寄了过来，可是由于当时我刚到公司对公司的业务还不是很熟悉 结果错把我们在泰国的一家顾客的DHL登陆账号当成是我们的 告诉给那家提供给我们样品的公司了， 55555 现在本来该我们付的快递费 因为DHL登陆账号的原因 现在DHL快递公司要求我们在泰国的客户来支付 ，，，泰国客户来mail给我 用词非常严厉，要求我对这件事情给出一个合理的解释，，，我真的对这件事情非常的抱歉，并且我们愿意支付这笔费用，所以 拜托各位高手帮帮忙，因为我的英文水平有限 可又介于上司的压力实在是没有办法才在此麻烦各位的！ 谢谢 先谢谢各位了！！！！

We feel so sorry about this! It is our mistake to make this happen though not on purpose!
Here is the whole thing: a company in China asked for us some sample, but because of our mistake, we gave your DHL account to them instead of ourselves'. We feel so sorry about the troubles that brought to you and we promise this will never happen again.
As the problem of fees, we will afford them without any doubts. Please accept our sincere apology and we will try our best to make it up.
