- 答：道歉信其实也就是一封英文信，首先叙述事件，即约好的时间没到，然后陈述原因，即因为家人病了，最后求得原谅，对因此造成的对方的损失或不便道歉。以外国人的风格，他们比较喜欢就事论事，没到，就要实事求是的解释没到的原因，合理的原因很容易获得对方谅解。切忌胡乱编理由。
