本论文在基于SMIC0.18um process model,设计了一个用于驱动大负载电容的差分输入放大器。首先,该电路在传统的五管差分跨导放大器结构上,引入自偏压原理,采用自偏压方式,构造成带有自偏压方式的差分输入对管,通过这种方法,可以有效增强差分输入对管的驱动能力。其次,用有源负载单管共源电路作为输出级,对自偏压方式的差分输入对管的输出信号进行反相放大,在保证差分输入能够驱动输出级频率补偿电容的同时,实现一定的增益。最后,本论文对完成的电路,在OrCAD软件环境下,用SMIC 0.18um model进行仿真。具体包括静态仿真,求出各个节点的偏置电压和各条支路的偏置电流,以保证工作点合适;瞬态仿真,验证小信号电压增益,同时并对整个电路的功耗加以估算;频率扫描仿真,验证带宽指标,同时检验其稳定性。通过仿真,得到上述结果,分析仿真结果,表明该带有自偏压方式的差分输入对管的放大器电路的基本功能均能很好地实现。
