现在，乒乓球对我来说应是不可缺少的东西吧，每次我有不开心的事时，比如说考试成绩吧。一旦考差了回家就被妈妈训，一训就是一个小时，就算是超人也受不了，这时，我马上抓起乒乓球拍，气冲冲地跑下楼，看见有人在打乒乓球，马上跟了进去。

打球时，我全神贯注地盯着球，然后看准回击，成绩的事已经全忘了，打完，心情也舒畅了，烦恼随着汗流走了。
