如果孩子戴上助听器能够听到声音，但是听得不够清楚，这会导致他学说话，口齿的清晰度会不佳。而人工耳蜗的电刺激给声方式，使得听神经的同步化比助听器更好，那对于听觉皮层的言语刺激会更多，也就更利于语言的发育，因此这个小朋友就建议尽早植入人工耳蜗。如果助听器能够补偿到言语香蕉图内，就配助听器就可以了。
