英语的诗歌也有和多种，跟中文的一样

有些古体诗也是跟中文古诗一样讲求韵律的

象Shakespear 的SONNET十四行诗，就有严格的压韵和节律要求，不过，现在不是很流行了，很麻烦，你也不必要模仿。

想中文诗歌一样，压韵是很重要的，可以保证诗歌读起来朗朗上口。压韵一般分两种：压头韵和压尾韵。前者比如：Kitty Cat;Donald Duck;Micky Mouse e这些就是利用压头韵创造出来的脍炙人口的动物形象。而后者就跟中文一样了，每一行最后的音节发音相同或相近。如下：（随便跟你找了一首，它就是基本上压“ai"韵）

还有一种形式就是藏头诗。一般美国人喜欢在逢年过节的时候写给亲朋好友。

比如，感恩节的时候，我要写一首感谢朋友的诗歌，我就把“thank you”这个单词的每一个字母，依次作为每一行诗的第一个单词的头一个字母。比如，我随便写一首：
