i'm writing to inform you about the different opinions on whether seniors should participate in physical activities.

55% of the students support this wonderful idea because doing physical activities can exercise your body. as we all know, a good health is the first step to having a good grade. only by building a healthy body can we have more energy to study.

on the other hand, 45% students don't think it's a good idea because it wastes so much precious time. when you are tired after the exercises, how can you study? so it may be harmful to your grades.

personally, i prefer doing exercises because i like sports and they can always give me a high spirit. as long as they keep me optimistic enough, i can study well.
