启动weblogic服务时显示：

没看出有什么问题啊，最后Server started in RUNNING mode，服务已经起来了啊，只是你有中文编码有问题而已啊

是你原来的服务没停掉，重复启动就会报这个错啊~

不知道哪里配置错了，你说的停掉服务是在哪里停？是MyEclipse吗？我登录weblogic时，显示项目部署失败，和这个应该有关系吧

你上面的是因为没有停weblogic服务；
登录weblogic显示的项目部署失败是另外一个问题，你看看
.\dev_domain\servers\AdminServer\logs\AdminServer.log 有没有什么其他的错误日志吧~
