几个英语语法问题。 先感谢下各位。

The knowledge-driven economic which the innovation plays an important role in is coming .
A boss turns down an innovative advice which an employee comes up with since it is never being done before
一：以前上两个句子的定于中介词in 和with能否提到which之前，形成 in which ，with which再接定语。
Genius，a complicated concept,involves many kinds of factors.
二：Genius后接逗号和一个名词短语，这样写符不符合语法规定？
Only when we have adequate courage can we do this.
三：only when 后面如果省略 we ，have需不需要写成having或是其他什么的？

1， 2句介词都可以提前，第一句提前更好，因为role in 并不是词组， 第二句不提前更好，因为come up with是词组。

2， 这里前后2个逗号隔开的是同位语，这是标准用法。

3， Only when having adequate courage can we do this.
We can only do this when having adequate courage.
