• 在新的服务器上要导入备份，那么操作之前要新建一个数据库；

• 创建数据库给予相应权限--》导入数据库

  比如：数据库名称和用户都为test123,数据库密码mima123

  mysql -uroot -p

  create database test123;

  grant all  privileges on test123.* to 'test123'@'localhost' identified by 'mima123';flush privileges;quit

  mysql -uroot -p test123 </root/test123.sql
