摘 要
在知识和信息的生产、分配和使用为基础的知识经济时代的背景下，以知识、科技为先导的高新技术企业代表了未来经济发展的方向。知识型员工在高新技术企业的发展中占据至关重要的地位。
本文在调查和分析成都市中小型高新技术企业知识型员工培训现状与问题的基础上，结合知识型员工的特点，运用“IMPACT”培训模式等概念，探索与设计针对知识型员工的培训模式。

Abstract
