开源也必须遵守一定的原则，具体要看协议的规定，比如：有的开源项目如果你用到了，它就会要求你必须开放源代码，不然就会告你；有些就可以用在商业项目里面，不需要支付专利费什么的，遵守他的协议就好了。

一般个人开发的项目都不会追究的，但是如果是企业项目的话不遵守协议就有可能被告。基本上就是这样。
