The supplier shall be obliged to compensate any damages directly or indirectly sustained by the customer due to incorrect delivery ,violation of official safety regulations or any other legal ground attributable to the supplier .if a claim is made against the customer due to such damages by third parties ,the supplier shall accept liability vis-a-vis the customer as to the extent the supplier would be directly liable .On request ,the supplier shall submit prove of an adequate insurance .

如果由于不当的运送、触犯官方安全条例或供应方原因所造成的任何法律依据，导致客户蒙受直接或间接损失，供应方将有赔偿的义务。如果第三方因上述损失要求客户赔偿，客户所承担的冲谈扮散灶赔偿范围就是供应方侍陆必须承担的范围。一旦承索，供应方应提供足额保险的证明。
