不朽的脊梁
朋友们，下午好。很荣幸能站在这里，我叫，来自海外金属结构厂。我演讲的题目是不朽的脊梁。
人生就像一盒巧克力，你永远不会知道你将会得到什么？这是《阿甘正传》里的经典对白，他强调要用珍惜和感恩的心去面对人生。
在我们身边，为促进和谐、感恩企业的美丽画卷随处可见。从新厂房的投入使用，到压力容器顺利交货；从工友们在岗位上默默奉献，到领导们在谈判现场的高谈阔论；从金秋助学的爱心涌动，到受资助困难家庭感恩的眼神。我们无时无刻不在体会到感恩所带来的感动。
作为公司的一员，我深深地感到：企业的发展与我们个人息息相关。只有不断提高自身的综合素质，以全部的精力和百倍的信心投入到生产工作中，将自己的成长过程与企业的命运紧紧地联系在一起，才能与公司同生存，共发展，同成长，共进步。
首先要感恩奉献。公司选择了我们，才让我们有了展示自己的舞台，有了更为广阔的发展空间。我们要增强危机意识、感恩意识、奉献意识，以实际行动为企业的发展，奉献自己的青春和力量。
其次要爱岗敬业。敬业要把自己的工作当成一种精神享受和乐趣。虽然我们大部分都在平凡的岗位上，从事繁琐的工作。但是我坚信：敬业精神一样可以让平凡的岗位变得熠熠生辉。
第三要勤业实干。勤奋是一切的基础。我们都应该积极行动起来，无论在任何时候，什么岗位，无论身处的岗位有多么不起眼，我们都要少抱怨，多实干。只有这样，才能构建和谐的工作环境，才能使个人的能量充分地释放出来。
最后要学习提高。术业有专攻，专业要精通。我们要不断加强学习完善自我，自觉地把学习当成一种乐趣、一种追求。通过学习提高自己的业务水平和核心竞争力。这样我们才能不断地开创工作的新局面，才能勇攀事业的新高峰!
我想用书上看来的一句话，作为我的结束语，也把它送给大家。“也许，时间会冲淡记忆，但人们始终相信，创业、奉献，就是企业不朽的脊梁。”

Good afternoon my dear friends, it’s my pleasure to be here, my name is xx , I am coming from Overseas Metal Structure Co.,Ltd.
The subject of my speech is The Permanent Contributors

Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get?
As the classical dialogue from the movie《Forrest Gump》, it is emphasized that everyone should face life with the cherished and grateful heart.

在我们身边，为促进和谐、感恩企业的美丽画卷随处可见。从新厂房的投入使用，到压力容器顺利交货；从工友们在岗位上默默奉献，到领导们在谈判现场的高谈阔论；从金秋助学的爱心涌动，到受资助困难家庭感恩的眼神。我们无时无刻不在体会到感恩所带来的感动。
It’s ubiquitous to see touching moments in order to build up such harmonious enterprise, since the operation of new plant till to the smoothly delivery of pressure vessel; since the selfless contribution from workmates without complaining till to intensive business negotiation between top managements with customers; since the love-across-activity which named Jinqiu Donation towards to poor students to the grateful eye-contact from those families who was donated, we always be touched by the feeling from thanksgiving.

作为公司的一员，我深深地感到：企业的发展与我们个人息息相关。只有不断提高自身的综合素质，以全部的精力和百倍的信心投入到生产工作中，将自己的成长过程与企业的命运紧紧地联系在一起，才能与公司同生存，共发展，同成长，共进步。
As a member of big family, I deeply realize that the development of enterprise is closely related with everyone. As long as we will constantly improve our comprehensive self-qualifications and be energetically working with utmost enthusiasm and full of confidence, and tightly bind our individual growing process together with enterprise’s dignity, then we will be able to exist and develop with enterprise and share the enjoyment of growth and advancement.

首先要感恩奉献。公司选择了我们，才让我们有了展示自己的舞台，有了更为广阔的发展空间。我们要增强危机意识、感恩意识、奉献意识，以实际行动为企业的发展，奉献自己的青春和力量。
In my opinion, first of all, we have to be grateful for we have such opportunity to be the member of this big harmonious family, and we have such great platform which is given by company, which is availed us to be sustainable growing. In addition, we have to enhance our sense of crisis, gratefulness, and contribution, and dedicate our own youth and strength with practical activities for the further development of enterprise.

其次要爱岗敬业。敬业要把自己的工作当成一种精神享受和乐趣。虽然我们大部分都在平凡的岗位上，从事繁琐的工作。但是我坚信：敬业精神一样可以让平凡的岗位变得熠熠生辉。
Secondly, to be passionate in our job is rather important, to enjoy the work as a kind of amusement and physical enjoyment. Notwithstanding, we’ve been working on the ordinary position with fussy works most of time, but I do believe that the spirit of professional dedication will make all positions to be unordinary.

Backbone of the immortal

    Friends, good afternoon. Am honored to stand here, I'm from overseas metal structure factory. My topic is the backbone of immortality.

    Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you will get? This is the "Forrest Gump" in the classic dialogue, he stressed the use value and a grateful heart to face life.

    Around us, in order to promote harmonious, beautiful Thanksgiving picture companies everywhere. New plant put into use, to the smooth delivery of pressure vessels; from the workers at the post quiet dedication to the leaders talk of the scene in the negotiations; student's love surging from autumn to needy families funded by the grateful eyes. We appreciate all the time caused by moving Thanksgiving.

    As a member of the company, I deeply feel: the development of enterprises is closely related with our personal. Only by constantly improving their overall quality, with all the energy and confidence hundredfold into production work, to their own growth process and the fate of companies closely linked to the company with survival, total development, with growth of progress.

    First of all, dedicated to Thanksgiving. The company has chosen us, before we have to show their stage, with a broader space for development. We want to strengthen a sense of crisis, Thanksgiving awareness, sense of dedication to the development of practical action for the company, dedicated their youth and strength.

    Second, we must love and dedication. Their work should be dedicated as a spirit of enjoyment and fun. Although most of us are in the ordinary position, engaged in tedious work. But I firmly believe: professionalism as ordinary jobs can become shiny.

    The third should wash industry hard work. Diligence is the basis of everything. We should all be positive action, no matter at any time, any job, no matter how modest living in the post, we have fewer complaints, more solid work. Only way to build a harmonious work environment to enable individuals to fully release the energy.

    Finally learning to improve. That academic specializing in professional should be proficient. We should continue to strengthen the self-study and improving, consciously learning as a pleasure, a pursuit. By learning to improve their professional level and core competitiveness. So that we can continue to open up new vistas, to climb the career to new heights!
