帮我写个英文的请假邮件，我没写过不是很明白措辞，麻烦帮我组织一下。。

内容大意就是：我需要请假在5月20、21日和下周的24到27日。原因是：回学校进行毕业论文答辩和处理另外的毕业事情。希望得到你的批准。。
邮件是写给我的上司的，麻烦帮我组织下语言。谢谢。。

I need to apply leave on the 20th and 21st of May, as well as the following week 24th to 27th. I am applying the leave because I need to return back to school to carry out my final year dissertation question and answer session as well as handling some other matters with regard to my graduation. I hope to seek your approval on my leave.

This morning I received a telephone call from my monitor,we must have a graduation debate.I have some things to deal with.
