[摘要] 目的 探讨脑室内铸型血肿的置管引流方法;方法 将116例脑室内铸型血肿患者根据Graeb评分、CT检查和临床表现分成I-IV型,分别采用弹头形大口径多孔引流管侧脑室内联合置管引流术,并对引流前后的脑室内出血廓清率和治疗结果进行分析;结果 术后72小时脑室内血肿廓清率78.44%,全组死亡率16.38%;结论 侧脑室联合置管术能增加脑室内铸型血肿的引流效果,弹头形大口径多孔引流管在脑室内铸型血肿病人中应用,具有组织损伤轻、引流效果好和并发症少等优点。

[Abstract] Objective indoor mold brain hematoma drainage catheter method; Methods 116 patients with cerebral hematoma indoor mold according to Graeb score, CT examination and clinical manifestations are divided into type I-IV were treated with large-caliber bullet-shaped porous joint lateral ventricle drainage tube drainage tube, and drainage of intraventricular hemorrhage before and after the clearance rate and treatment results were analyzed; results 72 hours after intraventricular hematoma clearance rate of 78.44%, total mortality was 16.38%; Conclusion lateral joint catheterization to increase the drainage of intraventricular hematoma effects of mold, bullet-shaped large-diameter porous drainage hematoma in patients with intraventricular application of the mold, is organized light damage, effective drainage and fewer complications.

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate brain hematoma indoor mold tube drainage method; Methods :116 patients with cerebral hematoma indoor mold according to Graeb score, CT examination and clinical manifestations are divided into type I-IV were treated with large-caliber bullet-shaped porous drainage pipe intracerebroventricular joint duct drainage, and drainage of intraventricular hemorrhage before and after the clearance rate and treatment results were analyzed; results 72 hours after clearance of intraventricular hematoma 78.44%, total mortality was 16.38%; Conclusion :Lateral tube joint Brain surgery can increase the effects of indoor mold hematoma drainage, bullet-shaped large-diameter porous drainage pipe mold hematoma in patients with intraventricular application of light with tissue injury, effective drainage and fewer complications.
