侧脑室联合置管引流治疗脑室内铸型血肿
（附116例临床报告）

[摘要] 目的 探讨脑室内铸型血肿的置管引流方法；方法 将116例脑室内铸型血肿患者根据Graeb评分、CT检查和临床表现分成I-IV型，分别采用弹头形大口径多孔引流管侧脑室内联合置管引流术，并对引流前后的脑室内出血廓清率和治疗结果进行分析；结果 术后72小时脑室内血肿廓清率78.44%，全组死亡率16.38%；结论 侧脑室联合置管术能增加脑室内铸型血肿的引流效果，弹头形大口径多孔引流管在脑室内铸型血肿病人中应用，具有组织损伤轻、引流效果好和并发症少等优点。
