26.C表示机器不工作，D表示机器现在没有在工作。根据后面那句话应该要表达一中状态
31.选C的话这句话就有两个现在完成时了。我倒觉得D比较好。。。。
28.中间这句话是想强调一下我朋友是在XXX组织工作一辈子后，这月要退休，表示对现在的影响?~

第一个、
keep应该已经表示动作的延续，不用进行时。
第二个、
现在进行时表示动作知道说话时正在发生，并将延续一段时间，与后句的现在完成时重复矛盾。
第三个、
貌似没有见过前后都用现在完成时的……
第四个、
后半句是一般将来时，前面用现在完成时表示动作仍在持续。
