A.is B are C has D have 我选A，可是答案是B，为什么，谓语动词不就是由主语（the population）决定的么？
2..All but him and me （ ）to the exhibition
A go B is going C are going D went
这句话是什么意思？此时All是单数还是复数意义？
可是主语是population啊！

选B 当主语是表示"人口的百分之几、几分之几"时,谓语动词用复数形式。
population后的谓语动词有的用单数有的用复数 ，看句意。
选C “除了我和他，其他人都去参加展览会了” AII为复数意义

1 选B 这种题一般最好是看后面的宾语 后面是复数 所以是are
2 选C 这里是说所有的人除了他和我都去了 all是复数意义
