[摘要]生态伦理的立规立范与生态文明建设是同一社会发展范畴下道德与文明依次递进的伦理哲学命题。揭示着生态伦理的建设就是经济社会发展中生态伦理的立规立范和教育用语研究发展，并经过生态伦理教育实施向生态法制伦理建设的强化，上升到生态文明建设当下性发展的逻辑命题，说明生态文明建设是生态伦理建设和生态法制伦理建设的时代新观念和新形态形态。本文以《公民道德建设实施纲要》中的四大道德规范为参照思路和对应，从日常社会生活中探寻生态伦理规范用语的提炼为基点，力求提出供学界探讨的生态道德用语研究及其加强生态文明建设的当下性发展论题。
