1楼明显错，就算要用完成时也是having been+adj.
语法上面已经说了，原因状语从句，我来个好懂的：
首先楼主初中肯定学过简单句：
The litte boy was tired of such a long movie.
看这道题，这句话就是把主语+be省去了，因为从句与主句主语一致。但tired of不能省， 而ABC显然都少了be动词。
