1 A 本来使役动词后应该是省略不定式符号to的，但是如果使役动词本身是被动的话，则不定式符号to不得省略。所以make变被动了，to必须加上。
2 A 某人在某时刻正在做谋深要用进行时，因为有 at that time所以这道题用进行时，still在句中的位置是be动词后，实义动词前，所以选A。
3 C 因为主句用了一般过去时，所以从句也要用一般过去时。
4 C 因为没有具体时刻，所以不能用进行时，而本句只是陈述过去做了某件事，所以用一般过去时即可。
