c# 如何调用window下面的查看文件属性的那个对话框

还有 c# 中通过Proceess.Start方法启动另外的一个程序 我能否获得关闭该程序后执行的事件

需要用到Interop
1、引用命名空间
using System.Runtime.InteropServices;

2、定义一个Struct，用于传递参数

4、写调用查看文件属性的对话框
