其实还是licenses问题，不知道你是不是用的笔记本，建议安装之前禁用无线网卡，然后再进行后续的安装，FLEXM如果提示安装成功，问题就不大了。

LIC有问题，端口设置也有问题，MSC的软件端口一般都是1700
