首先，hear of 是听说的意思
B 中的to have done 用的没理由啊，这里强调的不是时间状态，语法没错，情节说不通
C the是特指，这里只是说一个公司做一个什么陈述不常见，是泛指，所以用a
D 的问题在于少 of， 不是听到，是听说，所以也不对
