It's important for us to have some good eating habits.We had better not to eat junk food.Beacause it is unhealthy for us .We should eat more vagetabies and eat more fruites. We also do exercise every day.We can play the different sports with our friends .The reading is a good way to relax .And we can learn to something new from it .We shouldn't watch TV too much time .It is bad for our eyes .We should look something green when our eyes tired .We should have a good sleep .If we don't have a good sleep ,we may get ill .Of course , sleeping enough is also important for your body .
