I had arrange everything until our bank noticed that we gave the wrong information. If just one word is incorrect, a regular Chinese bank won’t accept the payment. I gave our bank new information based on your correction and now they have transferred the payment again.
Hope to receive better news by the end of this week.
At the moment we cannot provide a high service level to customers. Some of them are requiring some of the products you are warehousing.
Maybe it will help if you contact your bank as well in order to move things fast forward.
