一般老人都退休在家，有很多时间。清晨，有的老人就出门了。他们在街心花园里有很多锻炼方式。踢毽，跳绳，打拳，练剑……这样对他们的身体很有好处。晚上，他们会去广场上。扭秧歌，跳舞，打球等各种各样的娱乐项目。
年轻人都忙于工作，很少有时间享受生活。但他们也有自己的办法。下班后，为了放松紧张的心情，他们会聚在一起去酒吧聊聊天，去KTV唱唱歌，或是回家和父母一起吃顿饭享受一下家庭的温暖。周末，他们会去参加一些健身活动。女士可以去练瑜伽，男士可以去游泳。

In general after retirement, the old people who stays at home will have alot of leisure time. Some elders will leave their house early in the morning. There are many different types of excercise for them in the Jie Xin garden. For example, kicking the shuttlecock, ropeskipping, shadow boxing, sword praticing...etc. All these are very benificial for their health. At night time, they will go to the community square for dancing, playing ball games or different variety of leisure activities.

Young people now a days are too immerse in their job and they are often left with very little time to enjoy life.
However they will have their way. After work, they will gather and chat in a pub, sing some songs in a KTV or have dinner with their parents at home to enjoy some family warmth in order to relax.During the weekend, they will participate in some gym activity. The ladies could practise Yoga while the men could go swimming.

Students like us, besides studies there are also many interesting curriculum activities. Weekend is our favourite time of the week. Girls could meet up together to do shopping while guys could go play a basketball game. Besides, students could also participate in the activities of the school organization.

Kids are the happiest. They are carefree with no worries and burden. Since born, directly they will be taken care by their parents.Come to think of it, how I wish I could return ot my young age wihout any pressure and live happily everyday. Such a life is indeed wonderful.
