As an important form of chinese enterprises, chain stores play a great role in ecomony. Though achieve fast devolopment,shoes chain stores have many problems in HR developmnet and HR management.
With the high rate of staff loss especially those are not local,developing scale and efficiency is deminished.We should pay more attention to HRM if we want to expansion market share and enhance the competive power.
we all know that no matter where the competion places,indeed it is the competion of the talents. so ,remain the perfect staff and analysis the reason of the staff loss is the key way to develope a company.
it's necessay to recgonise the current situation and analysis the problem ,finding out a way to solve the problem.

In order to enhance competitiveness, occupies a chain of more market share, it should pay more attention to human resource development and management. As is known to all, regardless of which are in the final analysis, competition, therefore, have talent competition fundamentally analysis the causes of employee turnover, and retain talents, is the enterprise utilization of human resources. Therefore, the correct understanding of the reality of human resources, through analyzing problems, and then find a feasible solution is very necessary. This article chooses a chain of ordinary as the research object, in integrating theory with practice, under the premise of enterprise from the external and internal analyzed by the member staffs loss, and analyzed.
