目的:
目前,高等职业教育培养目标和学科性课程模式的不适应已经成为职业教育工作者研究的焦点,这是因为当今职教学生与生俱有的自然认知心理顺序与人为建构的非自然学科性认知顺序出现了严重冲突。为解决卫生职业教育人才培养目标与课程模式之间的矛盾,提高卫生高等职业教育人才培养质量,以能力为本位、以职业实践为主线、以项目课程为主体的模块化(三以一化)课程体系已成为我国职业教育课程改革的基本趋势。本文采用文献分析、专业调研、工作任务分析等方法对高职医学检验技术专业课程体系进行了系统的探索与研究,初步构建了高职医学检验技术专业项目课程的基本框架与实施方案,并对实施效果进行了初步评价,为推进高职医学检验技术专业课程体系建设提供科学依据,为解决卫生职业教育人才培养目标与课程模式之间的矛盾提供有益借鉴。 展开

Objective:
At present, the issue that the professional curriculum mode does not adapt the cultivation objectives of the higher vocational education has become the research focus of vocational education workers. This is due to the serious confliction present in the order of the natural cognitive psychology inherent to the professional students and the unnatural professional cognitive order which is artificially constructed. In order to solve the contradiction between the cultivation objectives of health vocational education and curriculum mode so as to improve the cultivation quality of higher health vocational education, the modular curriculum system that is based on taking capability as the basis, taking professional practice as the main line, and taking the project curriculums as the main part (three to one of) has become the basic trend of curriculum reform in China’s vocational education. This paper employs some methods, such as document analysis, professional investigation, task analysis, to perform systematic exploitation and study of the Medical Laboratory Technology curriculum in vocational schools, initially construct the basic frame and implementation scheme for the Medical Laboratory Technology curriculum in vocational schools, and initially evaluate the implementation effect of them, thereby providing a scientific basis for promoting the construction of the Medical Laboratory Technology curriculum in vocational schools, and helpful reference for solving the contradiction between the cultivation objectives of health vocational education and curriculum mode.

In this paper, literature review, Professional Research, task analysis, technical expertise in Vocational Medical Jianyan Kechengtixi for the system Di Exploration and Research, Chubu build a vocational medical testing technology professional courses in the basic project architecture and implementation scenario, and implementation effect for an initial evaluation, inspection techniques to promote the vocational medical curriculum system to provide a scientific basis, for the Jiejue health professional education personnel training goal and course pattern of conflict between the provision of Youyi reference.
