如果错了帮忙指点
Do you have a cold ?In fact everyone will have a cold. If you have a cold,what you should do ?These are my advice.
First,you shuould have a rest in bed.And do nothing.If you want to play football、to play basketball 、and to play baseball.You have to tell yourself"You mustn't do these!"
Second , you should eat well.Eat more vegetables,it can help you a lot.
Last,if you feel better ,you can take a walk .Go to the park take some exercises.

1。you should eat well.Eat more vegetables,it can help you a lot. 中的it应该改为which 有逗号了必须用这个这是非前迅限定性定语从句。
2。Go to the park take some exercises.有误
在take前慧腊此加and两个动词不能连用啊！
3。Do you have a cold ?In fact everyone will have a cold. 这第一句的时态不对！
你要表达的是“你曾感冒过吗？事实上每个人都感冒过”所以应该用完成时比较好啊！
Have you ever had a cold?In fact,everyone has had a cold.
其他的就局耐是楼上所有人说的错误了！
