摘 要
现而今,经济环境日新月异,我们也要紧跟变化的脚步,时刻准备着更新自己企业的制度,以便更好地适应大的经济环境。这就要求我们灵活地经营管理企业。其中一个重点在于,把职工的积极性,主动性,参与性,创造性都调动起来,这就需要激励。
按照人力资源管理的有关理论,管理有四个基本目的:吸引、保留、激励、开发,其中激励是核心目的。任何一个企业或组织都在自觉或不自觉的使用着各种激励手段企业实行激励机制的最根本的目的是正确地诱导职工的工作动机,使他们在实现企业目标的同时实现自身的需要,增加其满意度,从而使他们的积极性和创造性继续保持和发扬下去。
本文通过对激励机制在企业的作用及运行模式,以及对企业激励机制的新旧体制共存的现状及存在薪资、工作环境、用人制度等问题的分析,认识到了激励机制在企业实施中可以参考国内外现有激励政策,也可适应本企业需求创造出新的手段措施。对中国人寿保险、海底捞等优秀企业的经典激励制度的学习加以验证。

Nowadays,ecomomic environment is changing quickly.So we have to keep up with the step of changes and be well prepared to renew systems of our firms to adapt the big economic environment.This requires flexible enterprise management.The most importantly is to activate the enthusiam ,intiative,participatory and creativity of our staffs.Apparently encourage is needed.

This artical analyses the problem of the function ,operation methods ,current situation in which old and new systems are co-exist and questions of exist payment,working envieoment and servant systems of incentive mechanism in firms .Also,this artical realizes that in the implement of incentive mechanism ,we can refer to the existing incentive polices and creat new methods according to specific firms.And we could also learn from excellent firms such as China Life Insurance,etc. amd inflict verification on it.
