求一首诗及一首词！高分悬赏。

本人钟爱诗词，偶尔也小赋一首。
诗友们应该有见过我的回答的。
这次，我自己提问，寻一首诗和一首词。
诗词中要包含无尽的凄凉与悲怨。
不要求藏头匿尾，我只要见诗看词有感伤的感觉。
绝句律诗都亦可，词不限词牌。
希望诗友们尽情发挥。
此问题会一直追加分，直至选出最符合我感受的答案。
