There are thousands of ways to mix these spices. That’s why India dishes change every day.

Indian Bread
Indians make very good bread. The one you cannot miss is chapatti. In most Indian homes, people eat it every day.
To make a chapatti, people put water and salt in flour and make it into dough. Then they make the dough as thin as a piece of paper, and they fry it.
After a while, people throw the thin bread into an open fire! In one second, it becomes like a balloon.
It is quickly taken out of the fire and is thin again. Then it’s ready for you to eat.
Indians often eat with their fingers but only with the fingers on their right hands. So it’s important to always wash your hands before eating. They also use knives and forks.
