酵母发面没发起来怎么办

面不发的原因有很多种,因为发酵要在一定的时间和温度下。如果只是加了发酵粉,发酵所需要的温度达不到,面是发不起来的。面没发起来有很多补救的方法:
1、在没有发好的面团上按一个坑,往坑里倒少量白酒。
