为什么啊。。。。不是200+75（p-1）么？

题目说的是，第一个0.5磅 是 200 cents
剩下每 0.5 磅 75 cents

所以应该是
200+75* （p-0.5)/0.5 = 150p+125=25( 6p+5)
75后面的部分是算有多少个0.5磅
