1~River PollutedToday I read a report from China Daily. It reports that numerous fishes in Haihe River die from serious pollution. It surprised me so deeply.As we all know, environment pollution’ does great harm to living things and human. But a few of people didn’t realize it. River pollution, white pollution and so on are all around us.Fortunately, most of people realize:it and they are active in protecting environment. Beijing will hold the Olympic Games in 2008. We are all proud of it. Meanwhile, we should protect environment.As a senior student, I also should protect it. I should do things that are good for environment. No matter it is big or small.I hope the sky will be more bright, the air will more clear, the environment will more beautiful when, Beijing hold Olympic Games in 2008. 2~ January 18 2005 I have rested for a week. I began to feel bored. So I went out with my friends. They are my best friends in the middle school. We didn’t go to someplace special. We just saw the other. We had lunch together. While we were having lunch, we were still talking about the new school and new friends. Yes! A year later, we have grown riper. But for many others, this only shows that they have lost heart. In my opinion, one should build up faith in oneself as long as he has a right attitude towards his own abilities. We should neither underestimate nor overestimate our abilities. In the fires place, it is financially beneficial to the economic development of China. As our know, China needs more and more foreign currencies for its modernization program. Tourism is one of the most important channels to obtain currencies. Secondly, tourism enables the Chinese people to know more about the outside world. On the other hand, the foreigners who have visited China are deeply impressed by the latest developments of out country and the friendliness and hospitality of our people. Reports by visitors to China about how courteous and helpful most Chinese were to them are often printed in newspapers of many different countries. It is clear that tourism contributes a great deal to the friendship and mutual understanding between the Chinese people and people all over the world. As for me, with the development of our national economy, all these problems will certainly be solved step by step. About ten minutes left, my friends arrived one by one. After we greeted,we went to play basketball in Liwan Gymnasium. The match last for tow hours.Oh!I fill very happy today!

1 My winter holiday
From the nineteenth of January to the eighth of February is our Winter Holiday. I think everybody did a lot of things in the Winter Holiday.
I spend a lot of time on the homework. Every day in my Winter Holiday, I always got up late. Then I listened to the tape. Then I ate breakfast and then I did my homework.
There’s a very important festival in China. It is Spring Festival. We celebrate it in many ways. I wore new clothes and ate lots of nice food during the festival. I had a big dinner with my family members on New year’s Eve.
After the dinner, we watched TV or fireworks. I visit my friends and relatives. Old people gave me red packets. I had a good time during this holiday.
I’m full and happy on this year’s winter holiday.
2 My lifestyle and diet
Hello, everyone. I’m --. Let me introduce my lifestyle and diet.
I do exercise everyday, I often run and jump. I sleep about seven hours a day. I think I need to do my homework quickly and then I can sleep for a long time. I don’t watch TV at weekdays, I watch on Saturday and Sunday. I seldom eat sweet snacks like sweets, chocolate and biscuit. And I sometimes drink soft drink. They are not good for our health.
I usually have bread, milk and an egg for breakfast, meat and vegetables for my lunch and supper. I sometimes have noodles for lunch.
This is my lifestyle and diet.

【Spring Festival】
During the Spring Festival, we had a good time. On the Spring Festival eve, we had a family super and stayed up a whole night for greeting New Year’s coming. We haven’t seen each for a long time; therefore we all enjoyed this family reunion. We played firework together. In the following days, we visited many relatives and I got pocket money. All of us were happy.
【Next year’s resolutions】
In the next year, I will try my best to study hard. I am good at Math and I will keep it. But my Chinese and English are not good enough. Therefore I will spend more time on these two subjects. Besides, in the spare time, I will read more books to learn more things. In the weekend, I will not only study but also play basketball to relax myself.
【My dream】
Everyone has a dream. My dream is to be a teacher because teacher is a great job. Teacher can teach students knowledge and teachers are the engineers of the soul. My parents often encourage that I will be a teacher if I try my best to improve all my subjects in school. I believe my dream will come true in the future if I keep studying hard.
