in my opinion,tips is very common in our life.when you get into hotel,you should give waiter tips.some peopele think that tips can encourage the service people to wirk better .what more,waiters will have a better level.every coin has two sides.the remaining people thing that spend more money. what's worse,it will cause bad custom,it will do harm to our life.
in my opinion,we should make full use of tips to make contribution to this society

The waiters could often get tips from customers. It is becasue they get low wages from their boss and the tips could make him work better and provide better service if he want to get. The quantity of tips could show how pleased the customers is with the service. And also, the customers could spend more money in this way.
