1/如过你想表达“你要去哪里”,
从语法上讲应该是Where are you going?因为Where 是副词,to是介词,后要加名词 .
2/Where are you going to的后边则应该有动词,如：
Where are you going to visit?
您打算去哪里浏览呢?
Where are you going to put your bags?
你要把你的行李放在什么地方?
3/不过在日常用语,尤其是美式英语,常可看到或听到“Where…to?”的用法.
例：
“Where are you going to?”
（你们要去哪儿?——出租车司机问语,也可常省略为“Where to?”）
“To the airport,Kennedy Airport.”
（到机场,肯尼迪机场.）
