help有哪些用法

help用作动词，既可用作及物动词也可用作不及物动词。有帮助，有助于，改善状况等含义；用作名词表示帮助，协助，援助等含义。

1.动词help后面可以跟带to的动词不定式作宾语补足语（即help somebody to do something）；

2.也可以跟不带to的动词不定式作宾语补足语（即help somebody do something）；

以上两种都是动词作宾语补足语。例如：

Please help me (to) carry this heavy case down the stairs.

请帮我把这只沉重的箱子搬下楼。

3.help somebody with something“在某些方面帮助某人”，with介词，后面跟名词，构成介词短语，在句中作状语。例如：

A man is helping the police with their enquiries.

有一男子在协助警方进行调查。

4.help sb. to do sth. 帮助某人做某事。其中的to通常是省略的。

Can you help me to learn English ? 你能帮助我学英语吗？

5.help sb.with sth 帮助某人做某事，

Can you help him with this work ? 你能帮助他完成这项工作吗？

6.be of some/ no/ much help to sb. 对某人有些 / 没有 / 很有帮助。

This book is of great help to me. 这本书对我很有帮助。

7.help oneself （ to ）自用（食物等）。

Help yourself to the fish. 请随便吃鱼。
