Nowadays, all kinds of people like to hangout at night. For example, young people likes to go to karaoke to sing with their friends; while woman, even the old ones, likes to dance on the square, listening to the loud and fast beats... I think that this is very non-respectful to the society and community because it affects the citizens in all kinds of ways. Luckily, to stop this, some of the government workers has set up rules and laws that stops people from creating loud voices at night.
