My birthday is coming, it's on Decemer 2nd. I will have a birthday party in my house, and I'd like to invite my friends. I'm looking foward to an English-Chinese dictionary. Because I'm not good at English, and I want to improve it. If I own a dictionary, I can usually look up the new words in it. I think I can get the dictionary from my parents, because they have promised me to give me a dictionary as my birthday gift. I can't wait! 完全是自己写的~补充一下,本人读的是英语专业

In fact, exercise is one of the most important parts of keeping your body at a healthy weight. When you exercise, you burn food calories as fuel. If a person eats more calories than he or she burns, the body stores them away as fat. Exercise can help burn these stored calories.
Finally, exercising to maintain a healthy weight also decreases a person's risk of developing certain diseases, including type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.
