饭后立即睡觉的弊端
第一点: 吃完饭后,大量食物在胃里,为了更好地消化吸收,人体就会增加胃、肠的血流量。而身体里的血量却是相对固定的,所以大脑的血容量就会减少,血压也随之下降,如在这时睡觉,很容易因脑供血不足而发生中风。而且马上睡觉消化要占有大量的血液,脑部会因为缺少血液而使得睡眠不好甚至会出现危险;
第二点:由于消化的蠕动缓慢,容易引发肠胃病;
第三点:钙容易积聚,结石易形成;
第四点:易发胖。

If you sleep at this time, apoplexy would be easy to occur for the lack of blood transporting to brain. By the way, digesting will need large amount of blood if you go to bed right after finishing the meal. It will bring the result of low quality for sleeping, or even risk your life, because your brain won't have so much blood to use.
Second point: low effiency for wriggling to digest will easily occur to be stomache trouble.
Third point: Calcium will easily get together, growing to be calculus in the end.
Last point: it would be easy for you to get fat
