The principle for clitent service of our company is " Clients are always the first in our consideration."
1 In management, it's foremost that the initiative in the sence of servise be cultivated. We have every reson to understand what this sense means to us, and we shall build up a system to measure how strong this sense is in our mind so as to know how well we are serving our clients. Regular disscussions about the reasons for their dissatisfactions are also needed,
2 We must set up a top-notch service system, and a frame of this system is necessary, the entire service process must be optimized and the standard raised.
3 Manage the clinets' satisfaction with and loyalty to us.
4 Better the ability of the.client service staff.
5 Properly handle the complaints of our clients with a positive attitude.. Do at our best level to make our clients satisfied.
We put in time every need of our clients from all aspects into our consideration and serve it with our most professional ability. Sometimes some clients are overacted in expressing complaints. Intended fault-finding and critisizing to our serives and produts make it looks as if they were looking for trouble. First, from management speaking cultivate active service consciousness, to understand what is the service consciousness, establish indexes, understand now the level of service, and regularly discuss customers why discontent.
Second, to build a world-class customer service system, establish the system frame, and process optimization, improve standards.
Third, to customer satisfaction and loyalty management.
