摘　要
本论文首先对双色注塑技术以及Moldflow软件进行了简单介绍，以及对Moldflow软件内的各个模块的作用进行了介绍，并展望了双色注塑技术未来的发展前景。然后利用Moldflow软件对手机前盖注塑成型的过程进行模拟分析，包括充填、保压、重叠注塑充填、重叠注塑保压等分析。通过一系列的方法来优化工艺参数，帮助产品和模具设计人员在设计的时候就可以预测产品可能出现的缺陷，如气穴、熔接痕、短射等。及时地解决产品、模具及成型过程中出现的问题，减少试模的次数从而提升一次试模的成功率，然后可以达到减小成本、提升产品质量以及缩短其生产时间的目的，大大提高生产效率。

Abstract

This paper first briefly introduces two color injection molding technology and Moldflow software, then describes the role of each module within the Moldflow software, and forecasts the prospect of future development of two color injection molding technology. Then this paper uses Moldflow software to simulates and analyzes the injection molding process ofthe mobile-phone cover, including filling, pressure maintaining, overlapping injection molding filling, overlapping injection molding pressure maintaining, etc.A series of methods is used to optimize the process parameters to help product designers of products and molds predict product defects that may occur when design, such as cavitations, weld marks, short shots, and so on, so as to solve problems occurred in the production, mold and molding process, reduce the number of test molding, thereby enhancing the success rate of once test-molding,reducing costs, improving product quality and shortening production time,greatly improving production efficiency .
