It's really a good question for us to think and rethink for the all-life teaching and learning.
For me,I think if you want to start being a teacher,you need a determined mind that “Cease to learn and you cease to live.”So lifelong learning should be mentioned all time.
Practice makes perfect,which needs us to learn from the theory and practice in the class.Everyone is unique in the class, and everyone is extraordinary in one's family.So what we should do is to make well-preparation for each class as perfect as possible.So that each child will truly benefit from it.
Example is better than precept.Teacher's personal habits will make deep impression on students,which asks teacher to be more qualified ,such as be more truthful self - disciplined and so on.At the same time,teacher should be professional and skillful that will make our class more glamorous.
What we seem to be sacarificing in all our surfing and searching is our capacity to engage in the quieter, attentive modes of thought that underpin contemplation, reflection and introspection.It surely makes us continues、professional and development.Maybe this is a kind of new explanation for CPD.
