We were glad to receive your order of March 5，but very much regret that，because of the exceptional demand for wool sweater due to the cold weather，we are now out of stock of the make you ordered. The manufacturers have promise us a further supply by the end of this month and if you could wait until then，we could deliver promptly the ten dozens you need.
We are indeed sorry not to be able to meet your present order immediately，and hope that in the circumstances you will bear with us.
