本文针对质量管理的现状进行了分析与研究,指出质量管理中存在的问题,进而提出改进措施。就现形势下一些企业而言,虽然公司有相应的质量管理战略,也围绕质量目标建立了一套考核,但质量管理体系的建设同我国大部分企业一样,仍处于初级阶段。通过深入分析,本文认为当前质量管理体系中的问题主要集中在几个方面:没有充分认识到质量管理与质量检查的区别,认为质量管理只是公司质检部门的事情;质量管理过于简单。为此,结合现代质量管理相关理论以及现形势下公司的实际情况,针对分析的问题提出了对策建议,包括:企业必须树立科学的质量意识,因为组织、管理者、员工都需要科学的质量管理;企业必须运用科学的质量考核方法,因为质量考核是一项集理论性与实践性相结合的复杂工作;在上述基础上,企业还必须针对组织的情况,建立符合实际的科学的质量管理体系。
