现在完成时和过去完成时的区别，什么时候用现完，什么时候用过完？

she hasn't finished the work yet.she hadn't finished the work yet.这两者除了表达方式不一样，其他有什么区别吗？她还没有完成她的工作。对现在影响，对过去有影响。
补充：网上视频看到的，不是我故意抬杠。原文：she hasn't finished...和they hadn't finished...

区别很简单先学正常的has 不理hasn't,
has 就是到现在为止完成了叫现完，She has finished homework now.
过完是She had finished homework last night.
区别很大在时间上。
再套上否定的hasn't, hadn't 也一样。

填空she_（have）not finished the work yet.是has还是had,为什么

当然是She has not finished the work yet. 有个 yet 就是到up to now 目前为止都没完成。

既然到现在都没完成，可能是过去式had 吗？
