[摘要]
目的：观察单纯异丙酚应用于老年患者肠镜检查中的有效性和可行性；
方法：200例老年行肠镜检查者随机分为P组（n=100）和P+F组（n=100），P组静注异丙酚1.0mg/kg，P+F组先静注芬太尼0.5ug/kg，继而静注异丙酚1.0mg/kg，两组均视肠镜操作进展情况酌情追加异丙酚；
结果：两组在异丙酚用量、入睡时间及血压波动等方面无明显差异（P>0.05），而在苏醒时间和呼吸抑制率方面P组明显小于P+F组（P<0.05）；
结论：单纯异丙酚应用于老年患者无痛肠镜检查舒适、有效且更安全。

Abstract:
Objective: Observe the effectiveness and feasibility of the Propofol used in the enteroscopy for old age patient.
Method: Two hundred patients were randomly divided into group P (n=100) and group P+F (n=100) ,iv. propofol 1.0mg/kg in group P; for patients in group P+F, first iv. fentanyl 0.5ug/kg, then iv. propofol 1.0mg/kg., both adding propofol according to the enteroscopy operation.
Result: The propofol quantity and sleeping time in the two group has no significant difference (P>0.05),however the awakening time and respiratory inhibition rate was obvious shorter in Group P than in Group P+F.
Conclusion: It is comfortable, effective and safety Only using propofol in Indolent Enteroscope for old age patient.

Results: The propofol quantity and sleeping time in the two groups have no significant difference (P>0.05),however the awakening time and respiratory inhibition rate were obvious shorter in Group P than that in Group P+F.
