这句应该是精炼后的句子，就象剑诀。完整的全句是：
Adjust the center of your body to your opponent.
根据你对手的位置调整自己身体的中心。
翻译成剑诀，就是"中心随敌动"。

从另一方面讲，也许这里面也有像我一样的正常人。哦，谁知道呢，也许这句就是答案。
这句是接着前文讲在网上找不到男朋友。answer就是答案，指前面的句子说也许里面有正常人。

人具有这里用的这些形容词的全部双重特性。
这句有点费解，把人等同于形容词。used是过去分词，当adjectives的定语，相当于that were used。

我吃基本上是自然的食物。
mostly 副词，修饰natural。对比这句：
I mostly eat natural foods.
我主要吃自然食物。(mostly在这句里作状语)
